EMEA Partner Director Needed
At Kostner we use AI and Big Data to Analyze, Optimize, and Redesign IT Environments. We have partnered with global hardware vendors who want to use our services in their go-to-market. We need YOU to grow these partnerships.
Our technology is unmatched in the marketplace today, and our Partners are looking to bring this game changing technology to market, in order to show their customers the real value the solutions offer.
You will manage these partners, including direct contact with EMEA Heads, Country Heads, and Regional and Local Sales teams. It will be your job to spread the word across the region, informing teams about the possibilities, and help ensure they bring our services into play in as many cases as possible.

KOSTNER is a start-up that combines technology with top tier advisory insight. Using KOSTNER’s platform we provide insights you cannot get anywhere else. We call it Advisory-As-A-Service and it offers our clients recurring insights into their infrastructure and costs.
We are a young business started by an experienced and ambitious team. We have a very strong customer portfolio and our partners include the leading global hardware vendors. As for now, we primarily operate in Europe, but we plan to expand globally.
Who are You
You excel at inspiring others and at generating sales through our partners and their sales organizations. You already have experience with sales and the IT industry, ideally in a partner-oriented role. We expect a strong track record. You have a go-get’em attitude, and great people skills.
You are smart and structured. You are a fast learner and will quickly learn what we do, how we do it and why we do what we do. You have strong communication skills and are able to explain the complex in a simple way! You are a person with very strong interpersonal skills and with deep insights into decision making. Because all our partners operate on a global level they have English as their corporate languages. As a result, you need to be fluent in English verbally and written. You love travelling but can also support our partners virtually.
